The CMOS is powered by an on-board coin cell battery. Clearing CMOS results in permanent erasure of previous system settings and sets them back to original (factory) system settings.

(1) Turn off the computer and disconnect the power supply;
(2) Use a jumper cap to short-circuit JCOMS1 pins 2-3 for 5~10 seconds, and then restore to the default settings 1-2;
(3) Start the computer, press the key during startup to enter the BIOS settings, and reload the optimal default values;
(4) Save and exit settings
