The CMOS is powered by an on-board coin cell battery. Clearing CMOS results in permanent erasure of previous system settings and sets them back to original (factory) system settings.<\/p>

step:<\/p>

(1) Turn off the computer and disconnect the power supply;<\/p>

(2) Use a jumper cap to short-circuit JCOMS1 pins 2-3 for 5~10 seconds, and then restore to the default settings 1-2;<\/p>

(3) Start the computer, press the key during startup to enter the BIOS settings, and reload the optimal default values;<\/p>

(4) Save and exit settings<\/p>
